The circuit was designed to produce a power amplifier based on a single integrated circuit TDA2030 with an output power of 8 Watts.
The power amplifier obtained its term with respect to the amount of power delivered to the load or taken by the supply circuit. Its main purpose is to take a signal from a source device and make it suitable for driving a loudspeaker. Using the IC TDA2030 can provide the possibility of delivering 20 W of power output. Some advanced usage includes active phase radar application and cellular transmission by providing a power level 8 W for the CDMA carrier since it was designed for single-channel repeaters, microcells, and towertop applications.
