Return to BlogArduino Controlled Foosball Table with Scores in the Web

If you are building a games room, then a foosball table would make the perfect addition. Smaller than a pool table and easy to play, foosball is a fast paced game and comes in a variety of sizes and fun designs. And it would be more fun if it will become digitalized.
The project uses optical sensors to detect the scoring of goals. These sensors are read with the Arduino which sends it over WiFi to the server which then makes it available over the internet via mobile Web application and on their agency foosball league’s webpage.
What so good about this project is that the software is completely open source.
