Build an Inexpensive Microphone Shockmount

As we know studio recording microphones are incredibly sensitive so they can pick up any sound. And they needed to be mounted on a shock proof microphone stand that will prevent any accidental sounds being recorded due to movement in the recording studio.

Shockmount suspends the microphone securely but flexibly on a microphone stand using an elastic support. All you need to do is to create some notches for the rubber bands in the right places and insert the fitting so you can stick your creation in a standard microphone holder. Then drilled a couple of screws into the base and the pvc to make sure that the microphone did not slide in any direction.
