Marshmallow Shooting Bazooka

Blow away the neighborhood with this high-powered, soft-hitting, marshmallow artillery. It brings an innovative, new touch to marshmallow combat where the battle is hard and the victory is sweet. Someone has taken this concept of the marshmallow gun and mixed it with some technology to make it better.

This device uses a PIC12F629 to create a burst of 30 high voltage pulses. The PIC activates a 1000 volt N-Chan FET driving a standard ignition coils. After the ignition, the PIC goes dormant until activated again. Most of the electronics, including the battery and momentary switch are located in the handle.

It can propel them from 30 feet away, which is enough time for you to make a good run for it when you hit your target. The batteries power the gun as well as a viewing scope light that turns red when it is pumping up, and then green when it is time to fire.
