A PIC16F676 microcontroller based fan speed controller unit which is capable of controlling three groups of 12V DC fans with using temperature feedback.
You can set the threshold temperature for each fan which the fan starts running. When the temperature exceed the treshold value, fan speed increases linearly and stably.
An additional potentiometer provides a minimum fan speed for all the fans, independent of temperature.
The PIC16F676 microcontroller uses its ADC inputs to take temperature feedback from sensors and it drives the fans via BUZ72 MOSFETs by using PWM method.
A bicolor LED is included to indicate the temperature situation by changing the color from green to red.
