RC integrator

how can I find a Design procedure for selection the resistor and capacitor in a simple RC integrator in .18 CMOS?

yea , exactly , in fact i want to implement a continuous time delta sigma modulator with active RC integrator in .18um CMOS tech. , as you know the transfer function of the of an integrator is (fs/s)=(1/RCs)[fs = sampling frequency] , now how can i select the resistor and the Capacitor?

The basic formula for the transfer function of the integrator is:

V_{OUT}=\frac{-1}{j\omega RC}V_{IN}

as you know the selection of R and C is not unique for a sampling frequency as mentioned before , so now ! what is the trade off between R and C in 0.18 CMOS technology
