If I understand your question well it is:“Is multi-tasking possible with an 8051?” The answer is yes, but the 8051 architecture is not particularly well suited for a RTOS (also not for C programming).

Which programming language do you use?

Be pragmatic I was not excited about the hardware specs from above, but being a pragmatic person I looked a bit into the numbers. I would estimate that more than 150,000 boards have been sold in the meantime so let us have a look at what Google tells us about Arduino compared to similar prototyping…
