Research Assistant • Simulated and designed high frequency bandwidth antenna and compared it to practical directional WiMAX (IEEE 802.16x specification) circular patch antennas. • Designed simulation models using C/C++ and Matlab for determining characteristics of antenna radiation systems. • Participated in undergraduate student instructor program “How to Use Antenna Simulation Tools”. (HFSS)

Research Assistant • Researched theoretical and mathematical methods to find an object in three dimensional spaces and applied to design practical directional antennas with the police station in Canton de Vaud. • Used Matlab and Linux to calculate geometrical 3-D locations and phase differences of the signals from the specific access point. • Cooperated with EPFL (Ecole Polytechnique Federale de Lausanne) to measure Wi-Fi signals in order to compare it to theoretical results at the electromagnetic wave-free chamber. • Publicated in the Journal. Research Assistant • Designed Active Matrix Organic Light Emitting Diode (AMOLED) and participated in the manufacturing process. • Cooperated with Materials Chemicals Engineering Department of Konkuk University to research ideal materials composing to display panels. • Joined practical silicon wafer process to fabricate basic OLED circuits and applied them to desired display circuits.
